Any financial decisions made as a result of participation in services, programs, or coaching are solely the responsibility of the client. 6. No Refunds & No Cancellations
All payments are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or early terminations of this agreement under any circumstances. You acknowledge that committing to this payment plan is a binding financial obligation.
7. Failure to Comply
Failure to make payments as agreed will result in the account being referred to collections and may lead to legal action. Any costs associated with debt recovery, including attorney fees and court costs, will be the responsibility of the client.
