Payment Terms & Agreement

The total payment amount will be paid in installments as agreed upon. Each payment is due on the specified due date. Timely payments are required to maintain access to any services, products, or offerings associated with this agreement.

2. Late Payments

If a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied. Failure to make payments on time may result in restricted access to services and additional fees.

3. Financial Responsibility

Rebekah Jade Enterprises is not a financial advisor and assumes no responsibility for any financial decisions made by the client. It is the client’s sole responsibility to assess their financial situation before entering this agreement.

4. Financial Disclaimer

All information, programs, and services provided by Rebekah Jade Enterprises are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Any financial decisions made as a result of participation in services, programs, or coaching are solely the responsibility of the client. Clients should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any significant financial decisions.

5. Psychologist Disclaimer

Rebekah Jade Enterprises does not provide therapy, mental health counseling, or psychological services. Any mindset coaching or guidance offered is for educational and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. 6. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All payments are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or early terminations of this agreement under any circumstances. You acknowledge that committing to this payment plan is a binding financial obligation.

7. Failure to Comply

Failure to make payments as agreed will result in the account being referred to collections and may lead to legal action. Any costs associated with debt recovery, including attorney fees and court costs, will be the responsibility of the client.
